Ready to Find the Source?
We do not use messy contact forms or automated chat bots when your home is facing water damage. To get help immediately, simply call our office. When you call, please be prepared to describe the signs you are seeing, such as water stains, meter movement, or musty smells.
What to Have Ready When You Call
To help us understand your situation faster, try to have the following ready:
- Your Water Bill: If you suspect a hidden leak, having your recent high water bill handy helps us understand the volume of the leak.
- Meter Reading: Check if your water meter is actively spinning while all fixtures in the house are turned off.
- Photos: While you can't text them to our landline, having photos of stains or puddles on your phone can help you describe the exact location and severity of the issue.
Safety Steps While Waiting
If you are dealing with an active, flowing leak, take these steps before or immediately after calling:
- Locate and turn off your main water shut-off valve to stop the flow of water into the house.
- If water is near electrical outlets, appliances, or pooling on the floor, go to your electrical panel and cut the power to that room.
- Do not attempt to fix a burst pipe yourself if you are not experienced; incorrect repairs can cause severe pressure blowouts.
Remember, if you ever suspect a gas leak or smell a rotten egg odor that is distinctly gas, DO NOT call a plumber first. Leave the building immediately and call your gas utility provider or 911. We only handle water and sewer leaks.
